As an Owner’s representative, we work closely with the developers, engineers, architects, and end users to ensure a successful and fully coordinated design and deployment of the low-voltage system for the projects. These systems include Telecommunications, Wireless Access, Access Control, Surveillance, Audio/Video, Nurse Call, and Patient Monitoring.  By leading the coordination efforts, we were able to maintain effective communication between all stakeholders and construction trades to mitigate the risks of scope-gap and change orders. 

• Coordinated with the architect to determine communication space sizing and locations.
• Coordinated with Mechanical trades to ensure proper environmental controls in communications spaces.
• Coordinated with Electrical trades to ensure proper power in communications spaces and sizing for communications pathways.
• Coordinated with the owner and engineer to determine port counts, switch quantities, and UPS requirements.
