Our Process

During our initial discussion we will determine where you are at currently with your security and technology goals and what you want to accomplish with our help. 

Our security professionals will meet with you in-person to document the unique requirements of your facility to so we can provide the appropriate solution for the situation. For several of our solutions, customer-provided blueprints will increase the speed of the design process and improve the overall result of the project. 

We can facilitate software and device demonstrations to ensure you are comfortable with the solution before moving forward.

Our security professionals will custom design the security or technology solution to meet or exceed your expectations. 

We will present the security solution we have designed to accomplish your specific needs.  

Once agreement has been met and payment requirements have been satisfied, the Account Manager will communicate project scheduling details. 

Our professional tech team will complete project installation and provide one-on-one or group training to ensure everyone utilizing the system understands how it works. 

Our security professionals will ensure all expectations have been met before closing out the project.

NetWatch provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on all new installations. For additional support, our customers can sign up for a System Support Agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

PoE or Power over Ethernet technology has been around for some time now but there are still lots of people who are transitioning from traditional CCTV, where 12V DC or 24V AC is used to power cameras, to PoE security cameras.

Most PoE security cameras are powered by a network switch that has the capability to deliver 802.3af power along with the data transmission, some cameras require more power than 802.3af (15.4 watts max) can deliver such as 30 watt or 60 watt power.

A PoE capable switch is a great way to go for PoE security cameras but your current switch may not have enough Power Budget to handle a data network + Security Cameras sometimes PoE injectors are a good way to handle this need.
