“We have had the product for over a year and it has worked excellent. The installation of the product by NetWatch was painless. The product itself works great. I am the first person that is called by our security company when an alarm is tripped at our facility. Now when I receive a call about an alarm I just pull up the e-Watch system, view a very accurate map created by NetWatch with each door and alarm trigger. I am able to view that area virtually instantly from anywhere at anytime. In fact, one episode occurred while I was in a hotel in San Diego on a Sunday evening and I was able to pull-up the cameras and view an area where some equipment had fallen over and set off the alarm.
